Meet Brittany
Brittany Hanlon
Brittany is the founder and lead provider at Empowered Health NM, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in functional and integrative medicine. She has spent her career working with women who feel dismissed by conventional medicine — women who are told their labs are "normal" while they feel anything but.
Her approach is rooted in deep listening, comprehensive testing, and building a partnership with each patient. She believes that healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and that every woman deserves a provider who takes the time to understand her full story.
Brittany is passionate about hormone health, thyroid and adrenal function, gut healing, and metabolic wellness. She combines the best of evidence-based medicine with functional and integrative protocols to create plans that are both effective and sustainable.
