Empowered Health NM was founded by Brittany with one driving conviction: everyone deserves more. After years of witnessing how many people were left searching for real answers on their wellness journey, she set out to build something different. A space where everyone is truly seen, heard, and supported in becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
